However, in the hydraulic servo apparatus, since a flow of pressure fluid which has been compensated by the volume compensating valve is stored in the accumulator, when the direction of fluid flow is switched back to the original direction, the volume of pressure fluid stored in the accumulator is returned to an original volume thereof, so that it takes a certain period of time before the pressure fluid is again supplied to the hydraulic actuator.
